The Edit button can be found on various screens, including:
- List of all tickets that have not been assigned to a route.
- Editing tickets that have been assigned to a route.
- Editing tickets for failed deliveries.
Fill in all necessary information in the form:
Once you've clicked on the Edit button, we'll walk you through filling in all the necessary details in the form. This includes updating information such as customer details, delivery dates, and any other relevant information.
Click Save to save the changes:
Once you've made the necessary edits, we'll show you how to save your changes with a simple click of the Save button.
By following these steps, you'll be able to edit tickets efficiently and ensure accurate information is maintained for your orders.
